Horchata Night

Every Friday night/Saturday morning a group of us has been going to Beto's. We usually get there around 12:00 a.m. or 12:30 a.m. and buy a cup of horchata, and just sit around and talk. It has actually been a pretty fun tradition of ours. If you haven't been to Beto's, you are missing out. It is a pretty good Mexican restaurant. And it doesn't get busy until after midnight. You could show up at 6:00 p.m. and nobody would be there, and then go back at 1:00 a.m. and it would be packed. A big reason why we go there is to see the type of people that show up there late at night. Let me fill you all in on some of the people we have met there:

- The first time we went there we met this dude. He had long, nasty hair and a pretty ugly beard. He also had a shirt that said "I ♥ ♥ ♥ Polygamy."

- There was also an Asian guy, probably about 30 years old, in his pajamas.

- The last time we went we met a guy who had just gone to three different Halloween parties. He was probably 50 years old, and completely wasted. He had a bandaged up foot, and a crutch. He said he had hurt his foot while partying too much. He hit on anything that moved as well. Probably the funniest man ever. Oh, and he was taking shots of the hot sauce they had there. He said he could do it because he takes shots of tequila all the time. I'll take his word on it.

These people are just a small sample of the people we've met. We meet all kinds of crazy people, which makes it fun. But its just a great time going and hanging out with friends, while drinking a wonderfully delicious drink. Go Beto's!
